About our Founder and Principal Consultant
Kristi High
Kristi is a corporate affairs and strategic communications specialist whose approach is shaped by journalism, strategic counsel and a strong understanding of how stories land with people.
She works closely with organisations facing complexity, scrutiny and change, helping leaders communicate clearly when the stakes are high.
Across both in-house leadership and consultancy roles, she has advised on major projects, reputation, issues management and organisational change.
She is known for calm judgement, honest advice and precise writing, particularly in environments where clients value clear thinking and trusted support.
